At Carwish, we have full confidence in our varied range of services, products. We leave no stone unturned in providing our esteemed customers fast, reliable and exceptional service guarantee every time. All the services available at carwish website are carried out for the customers. However, any refund and service cancellation are taken place abiding a set of conditions.
Cancellation Policy
A subscriber can place the cancellation order for a particular service within 3-5 days of service agreement by mailing us at support@carwish.in.
No cancellation is possible for the services offered with promotional discounts on special occasions like Independence Day, Christmas and New Year. These are limited edition offers and hence any range of refund would not be possible.
Fee once paid will not be refunded in any case even if the cancellation is posted within 12 hours.
A service stands cancel if next payment is not received within 5 working days.

Refund Policy
There is always a certain set of resources that are involved in achieving every milestone of a service. Thus, a refund would not be entertained for the work already completed.
No refund is possible for the fee paid in the form of administrative fees or installation charges / Paid Labour.
Taxes paid on services levied by regulatory bodies would not be refunded with fee refund.
No refund will be entertained in case service gets canceled due to any violation of terms stated in our Terms & Condition section.
There is no refund policy for the services placed under same day delivery.
Carwish is not liable to pay refund if delay or service disruption happens due to third party involvement.
All Carwish subscriptions include no free trial. The chosen Plan Service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable; no refunds will be issued. Carwish does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open subscription. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
All subscriptions, both month-to-month and annual plans, are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period.
Third Party Charges
Customers shall directly pay the fees and charges for all third party vendors whose services Client uses in connection with the Services (e.g., internet access providers, telephone carriers, etc.). In addition to any fees charged by Carwish, Carwish reserves the right to charge customer for any regulatory or governmental fees, contributions or other charges that are legally required or assessed.
